EWA Client application freezes when changing resource in training mode​

  • Ticket: 416529518819 | DevOps: 38939 | Reported by: HSØ
  • Issue: While operating in training mode, the resource list appears incorrectly and when attempting to change the resource the application freezes completely and must be reset before further use.
  • Solution: Fixed the issue where switching to Training Mode surfaced stale primary‑mode resource IDs, causing the app to freeze on selection; underlying defects in mode‑switch cleanup, stale‑item handling, and retry logic were corrected, along with additional safeguards to prevent bricked‑tablet states and ensure all resource menus and dialogs stay in sync after mode changes.
