New UI for EMCC ticket merge feature

When the 'New UI for EMCC Ticket merge' feature flag is enabled, users can merge manual missions with tickets received from EMCC with a new user experience.

Accessing EWA Client after enabling the 'New UI for EMCC Ticket merge' feature

After enabling the 'New UI for EMCC Ticket merge' feature in insights and syncing EWA Client the user can merge manual missions with tickets received from AMK with a new user experience.

  • To access the 'New UI for EMCC Ticket merge' feature in EWA Client, the feature flag needs to be enabled for the resource. Navigate to the features page by selecting Administration ----> Features in the main menu.

  • Click Edit for the 'Manual mission without EMCC Mission Id' flag and enable the feature flag for the resource. Click the 'Save' button.

  • Login to EWA Client and choose the resource for which the feature flag is enabled and sync the client.Create manual mission by clicking more option in the application task bar and click 'New mission' button.

  • All waiting EMCC missions will be listed in the journal view, the user can select the waiting EMCC mission and merge the mission with the manual mission by clicking 'MERGE' EMCCTicketMergeFeature EMCCTicketMergeFeature EMCCTicketMergeFeature
