Client Hub

The ClientHub is the successor of the ClientAPI which is using a newer .NET version (6.0).

It was necessary to create a new project for this upgrade since there are some breaking changes between the old ClientAPI and the new ClientHub.

Support for the old ClientAPI will be dropped after this component is released, and it will no longer be part of the release artifacts.

New functionality that requires changes or additions in Client <-> Server communication will either be added in this component, or created as new, stand-alone components.
