View / Edit record with new personnel registration
After enabling the 'New Personnel Registration' feature and entering a record from within insight. The tiles of personnel with 'Driver' 'Treater' and 'Third Person' will be replaced by a 'Crew' tile. For more information about the record functionality in insight Click Here
Record in view mode:
When opening a record in view mode you are not able to modify the content of the record.
The content of the tile will include the amount of personnel assigned to the record. When you are viewing a record from insight, you can get more information about the crew by clicking the 'Open' button on the tile.
The dialog box will present the names and roles of the current crew.
Record in edit mode:
When opening a record in edit mode you are able to modify the content of the record.
You can get more information and edit the crew by clicking the 'Edit' button on the tile. This will open a dialog box where you will be able to edit the crew of the current record.
The dialog box will provide you with and editable list of crew connected to the current record. From here you will be able to add / delete or update the crew.
The list of selectable roles are connected to the resourcetype added to the users. To read more about the resourcetypes Click Here
