Consultation

Consultation is a system that allows for the creation of special live view configurations that can be used to share information between the ambulance and consulting parties during missions.

The ambulance crew can choose to add consulting parties to a mission, and the consulting parties can then follow the mission in real time through the live view. Both the ambulance crew and the consulting parties have a chat that they can use to communicate with each other.

Overview

Our client provides a comprehensive solution for maintaining and consulting on medical records. Each user has the ability to open a dialog with chat functionality, enabling real-time communication and collaboration. This feature also allows the addition of consulting parties directly to the medical record.

Every medical record created within the client is automatically equipped with a chat session. This ensures seamless communication and collaboration between all parties involved in the patient's care.

When a consulting party is added to a medical record, the record becomes visible in the specific live view designated for that party. This ensures that consulting parties have immediate access to the records where they have been added. This visibility extends to all other records where they are listed as consulting parties, providing a comprehensive view of their consultation responsibilities.

Upon opening a medical record, the consulting party is immediately joined to the chat. This ensures that they are instantly looped into any ongoing discussions or updates regarding the patient's care.

Furthermore, the medical record, along with the associated chat, is also displayed in non-consultation live views. This is applicable if the record has a destination that matches any of the configured locations for the live view. This feature ensures that all relevant parties have access to the necessary information, regardless of their specific role or location.
