System Requirements and Recommended Settings for Optimal App Usage

To ensure a consistently high-quality experience with our EWA Client Application and the EWA Insight Platform across different devices and screen configurations, we recommend following the guidelines below.

Display quality, readability, and usability can vary significantly depending on device and browser settings. Excessive scaling, non-standard zoom levels, or unusual resolution settings may lead to incomplete views, cut-off content, or degraded usability. By following the recommended settings, you can ensure that all features are fully visible and that the application behaves as intended.

Device Requirements

  • Device: Business-grade Windows tablet
  • Operating System: Windows 10 or newer
  • Minimum Screen Size: 10 inches (25 cm) diagonal
  • Resolution: 1920 × 1200 pixels
  • Display Scaling/Zoom: 150%
  • Text Size: Windows system default
  • Orientation: Use in landscape mode with rotational lock for optimal display

EWA Insight

Device Requirements

  • Device: Desktop PC, Business-grade laptop or tablet with webbrowser
  • Browser: Any modern web browser in the latest stable version (e.g., Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome)
  • Resolution: 1920× 1080 pixels or higher
  • Display Scaling/Zoom: 100%
  • Text Size: System or browser default
  • Orientation: Use in landscape mode for optimal display

Additional Tips

  • Full-Screen Mode: Tabletmode for Windows 10 and Full screen mode for Windows 11 is recommended for optimal display of all tiles.
  • Cookies & Local Storage: Enable cookies and local storage for proper session handling.
  • Ad & Pop-up Blockers: Our application does not display ads and generally does not open content in new windows; interactive elements typically appear as flyouts within the same tab instead. However, if you experience display issues or non-functional elements, try disabling ad or pop-up blockers temporarily or whitelisting the application domain.
