Serve Table Descriptions - Analytics API v1.4.13

Records

records: one row per EWA record, with the most used information about the mission, triage, patient and treatment collected in one place. Built for exporting records to other systems.

warning

This data set contains personal data about patients, such as name, national identity number, date of birth and address. Handle it according to your organization's rules for patient data.

• Includes records with every status (ongoing, aborted, deleted and completed). The status is not part of the output. Use ewa_clean.records if you need it.
• Paged with a cursor and ordered by record_updated_at, see Serve: records.
• Filters: updated_from and updated_to, each with a value in ISO 8601, on the time the record was last updated. Both ends are included.
• Names are in English (en_GB).

record_id	Int	Id of the record in EWA.
unique_id	String	Unique id for this row, based on record_id.
start_time_stamp	String	Start time of the mission (the record's start_time), in ISO 8601.
organization_id	Int	Id of the organization the record's station belongs to.
organization_name	String	Name of the organization.
station_id	Int	Id of the station registered in the record.
station_name	String	Name of the station.
resource_id	Int	Id of the resource registered in the record.
resource_name	String	Name of the resource.
resource_type_name	String	Name of the resource type.
emcc_mission_id	String	EMCC mission id of the record's mission.
dispatch_code	String	Dispatch code of the mission.
mission_type_name	String	Name of the mission type.
urgency_level_name	String	Name of the urgency level.
distance	Float	Distance of the mission in km.
minutes_in_ambulance	Float	Whole minutes from the start of the mission until it was completed, or until the resource was free.
retts_priority_color	String	Priority colour from the RETTS triage at arrival.
sats_priority_color	String	Priority colour from the SATS total score.
sats_total_score	Float	Latest SATS total score.
news_total_score	Float	Latest NEWS2 total score.
gcs_total_score	Float	Sum of all GCS scores registered in the record.
chief_complaint_group	String	Chief complaint group.
chief_complaint	String	Chief complaint.
transferred_from_location	String	Location the patient was transferred from.
transferred_to_location	String	Location the patient was transferred to.
destination_place_municipality_id	Int	Municipality of the destination. Matches location_municipalities in Lookups.
destination_place_location_group_id	Int	Location group of the destination. Matches location_groups in Lookups.
start_place_municipality_id	Int	Municipality of the start place.
start_place_location_group_id	Int	Location group of the start place.
incident_place_municipality_id	Int	Municipality of the incident place.
incident_place_location_group_id	Int	Location group of the incident place.
via_place_municipality_id	Int	Municipality of the via place.
via_place_location_group_id	Int	Location group of the via place.
patient_name	String	Full name of the patient.
patient_date_of_birth	String	Date of birth of the patient, as yyyy-mm-dd.
patient_gender	String	Gender of the patient.
patient_national_id_number	String	National identity number of the patient.
patient_id_type	String	Type of identification used for the patient.
patient_weight	Float	Weight of the patient in kg.
patient_home_address_or_place	String	Home address or place of the patient.
patient_home_zip	String	Postal code of the patient's home.
patient_home_city	String	City of the patient's home.
patient_home_municipality	String	Municipality of the patient's home.
drugs	String	Names of the drugs given, separated by commas.
interventions	String	Names of the interventions performed, separated by commas.
personnel	String	Full names of the personnel on the record, separated by commas.
record_updated_at	String	Time the record was last updated in EWA, in ISO 8601.
metadata_inserted_at	String	Time the row was first inserted in the Analytics database.
metadata_updated_at	String	Time the row was last updated in the Analytics database.

Form Response Score Summary

form_response_score_summary: the total score of each form response. Queried like a Clean or Core table, see Filtering and paging.
